Fiber Drop Closure for Aerial Applications

The FDC - A8 is a gel sealed fiber optic splicing and patching closure designed for the FTTx network. It can house up to two 1x8 PLC splitters, 8 SC adapters, 24 fusion splices (or 12 mechanical splices) and distribute up to 8 drop cables.

The closure is suitable for deployment in aerial, pole and hand hole applications. Sealing is achieved via built-in gel technology, resulting in extremely convenient re-entry and re-sealing.

FDC – B8

Fiber Drop Closure

The FDC-B8 is a gel sealed in-line distribution and drop closure designed for FTTx networks. It accommodates up to 2 PLC splitters, 48 fusion splices and 8 SC adapters and has 6 main cable ports and 8 drop cable ports.

The FDC-B8 provides separate splicing and patching compartments, allowing quick and easy drop cable connection without disturbing spliced fibers.
The closure is suitable for deployment in aerial, pole and hand-hole applications. Sealing is achieved via built-in gel technology, resulting in extremely convenient re-entry and re-sealing.

Fiber Drop Closure for Wall / Pole Mounting

The FDC- W8 closure is a butt type gel sealed fiber optic splicing and patching closure designed for the FTTx network. The closure can be deployed on walls, poles and in hand holes.

The closure accommodates up to 12 fusion splices (or 8 mechanical splices), two PLC splitters and 8 SC adapters.
Sealing is achieved via built-in gel technology, resulting in extremely convenient re-entry and re-sealing.

• Gel-sealing, easy to open and reenter, no tool or re-entry kit required
• Seals up to 50cm under water
• Bending radius: 25mm
• Compact design (210x120x45mm)
